‘Successful people are more concerned with
pleasing results.
Failures are more concerned with pleasing
methods`’
This means we should be bold enough to express
ourselves when we find something wrong with the task at hand even if our
seniors have decided upon a scheme for it. No one is perfect,
Our
seniors are also human beings and hence
may make mistakes or overlook certain important things while taking a
decision. People who are concerned with
pleasing methods may not dare to point out the mistakes or the shortcomings out
of fear that this may annoy their superior.
But the ones who are concerned with the results will surely dare to do
so and save greater difficulty at a later stage.
A good
leader is the one who understands the difference between the two and values the
ones who point out the errors in time so that they can be looked into and rectified.
