An Analogy between buying clothes and selecting teachers

While buying clothes we do pick up the best which however depends on how much can we afford. Once we start using these clothes we realize that few of the clothes turn out to be very good comfortable and durable whereas, few which had appeared to very attractive turn out to be bad and uncomfortable.

Similarly through the recruitment process we sincerely try to select the best candidates. It’s later on we realize that few of the teachers turn out to be excellent in all aspects and its really comfortable to work with them whereas few of them turn out to be pain in the neck.
