Random Thoughts on B.Ed

It’s indeed a matter of great sadness that one simple degree of B.Ed entitles a person to get a regular job with a pay for which justifiable output is not provided by them. On the other hand we have cases wherein we have teachers with far greater output capabilities, integrity and a zeal to work who are being denied the opportunity of getting a regular scale because of not having completed their B.Eds.

I also fail to understand the concept of providing B.Ed correspondence course by IGNOU only to the regular candidates. This is something of a vicious circle type. Institute will regularize a teacher only if he/ she is a B.Ed and B.Ed institute would provide B.Ed facilities only to those candidates who are on regular grades.
